We will gather in the St. Luke’s courtyard after the service, at 11:30 for a special blessing.

In love of all creation and our friends, the animals, St. Francis modelled the blessing of animals. We will join this annual tradition with a short service to both bless those animals in our care, to remember those animals we have lost and to pray for all animals who are at risk or suffering. Dogs, cats, birds, ferrets, pigs, or any other animal companions are invited with their humans for the blessing in our courtyard October 1 at 11:30. You may also bring a photo of an animal who cannot attend in person or of one who has died.

All are welcome.
