Please join us as we cut the ribbon on BRIDGE’s newest affordable housing development in Seattle. St. Luke’s brings 84 affordable family apartments to Seattle’s amenity-rich Ballard neighborhood. Developed on land owned by the Episcopal Diocese of Olympia, this new eight-story project is the result of a community-driven effort by St. Luke’s Episcopal Church to bring affordable housing to a desirable area that has affordability challenges. St. Luke’s consists of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes that are affordable to households earning 60% AMI and below for the City of Seattle. Amenities include a community room, bike storage, laundry facilities, a rooftop deck with a BBQ, and a play area. Resident services are provided by FamilyWorks. We look forward to celebrating together!
The event will be held in the community room located on the first floor and seating is limited.
Public transit and rideshare are encouraged as street parking is limited.

I am a visiting chef and a long time friend of Canon Britt. I would be honored to assist in providing appetizers for the event if the need arises. I can prepare appropriate items such as various breads , dips and vegetables if needed
Bless you all for the amazing achievement!
Cheers from our parish, Grace Church, St Helena CA
Congratulations! I would love to see the building and learn more about St Luke Episcopal Church’s decision to do this appartment project and the journey along the way, to share with my own church congregation to see if they would consider doing a similar project. Can I come to the Feb 11 opening event? Is there standing room available?
