Affordable Housing
In 2017, St. Luke’s began exploring how to better use our land to build a more diverse and inclusive community for all in Ballard. Part of the answer was building affordable housing on our property.
An 84-unit affordable apartment building, St. Luke’s Apartments. opened in the fall of 2025. Consisting of studio to 3-bedroom units, St. Luke’s Apartments is the first family-focused affordable housing built in Ballard in over 25 years.
Our property is being further redeveloped as we commit ourselves to serving and meeting the needs of our neighborhood for years to come.
